All first-time cleanings will be a Deep Clean. The Regular Clean option is for triweekly, biweekly, or weekly cleaning subscriptions. 

Included:
*Kitchen (clean sink out, counter tops, cabinet faces upper and lower, stove top)
* All exterior surfaces in all rooms
* Floors are mopped and vacuumed
* Bathroom (complete toilet clean, shower, handles, tub, drain)
* Bedroom shelving, nightstands, bed frames, tidy up bed)
* All window sills

Not Included:
* All Extras are not included (must be selected for an additional cost)
* The extra time included in deep cleans allows for more detailed work in the above mentioned 

Everything included in a Regular Clean plus:

    • Baseboards
    • Light switches and door handles
    • Detailed dusting
    • Backsplashes and faucet fixtures are polished
    • Light organization of all rooms (for a detailed organization of all rooms, please select the add-on)

When booking a Move-In or Move-Out Clean, you can expect an all-inclusive service. This is our most detailed package, including four of the seven extra services: inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets, and inside all windows. This service is intended to return the home someone once lived in to its original state and ready for new residents. 

Areas that are often left cluttered will have the added time for proper organization. Some areas that are often left unorganized are pantries, bedroom closets, bathroom counters, entryways, kitchen counters, etc.

If you cancel more than 48 hours ahead of your scheduled cleaning, you will receive a full refund to the payment information on file. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled cleaning, your cleaning fee is credited to your account to use whenever you would like. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning, the cleaning fee is non-refundable.

We do not charge a rescheduling fee if you reschedule more than 48 hours ahead of your scheduled cleaning. For further information, please see our FAQ on cancelling a scheduled cleaning.

No, we do not. Our insurance only covers our cleaners inside your home.
No, you do not. If it’s your first time signing up for a Scrub cleaning, however, initial introductions help develop a personal relationship with your home specialist.
Yes, you sure can! Our cleaners go through both federal and state background checks.
Yes! We are Licensed in the State of California and have general liability insurance.
In some instances, harsh chemicals are necessary and used strictly on tough-to-clean areas. For example, a glass shower door with calcium buildup will require CLR to clean properly.

Yes! It is actually preferred after the initial visit. This way we’re not holding you up if there’s traffic or if parking is a little harder than usual to find. 

Our cleaners will always find more to do to clean up your home with the time you have paid for. If a cleaner does happen to leave early, please contact our offices immediately.
If you are not happy with the service you have received for any reason, please call us immediately for further instructions. A rescheduled cleaning must be made within two business days of the original appointment.
Yes, this is to ensure your scheduled day and scheduled time are reserved.
To get the most out of your schedule cleaning, please evaluate the current condition of your home with as much accuracy as possible. If you have any questions about how much time would be appropriate for your space, please contact our support team.
Yes, upon request. Please understand, however, that cleaners have personal lives and can get sick or request leave. If that occurs, we’ll ask to either reschedule or send a different cleaner.
Yes, it is, although it is by no means required or expected.
This seldom occurs, but accidents do happen. If this happens, please contact our office immediately to work with our insurance to get the object of value replaced.
